Julianna Clark-Bell often used a car seat cover for her puppy to make car rides safer and more comfortable.
The cover stretched across the backseat, giving her pup a cozy hammock-like space to relax during trips.
Everything had always gone smoothly, but one day while driving through Texas, something unexpected happened.
