One such moment of kindness took place in Utah. After watching a video of a dog abandoned on the side of the road, one man realized he could not simply scroll past. He made the decision to act and change the dog’s fate.
When Billy came across a post in a local Facebook group about a dog abandoned in a kennel on the side of the road, he was heartbroken. The idea of someone leaving a helpless animal alone in such a situation was unbearable.
