When Mario was left at Animal Friends of the Valleys in Wildomar, California, he couldn’t understand why his family had abandoned him. The loyal Labrador Retriever and Pit Bull mix held on to the hope that it was all a mistake, believing he would soon return to the home and the people he loved.
