That is exactly what happened to Brian and Shayla Baker in Texas. They headed off to work one morning believing everything was under control. When they returned, however, they discovered their dog Maverick roaming freely inside the house.

A Slightly Messy Situation
It was just another ordinary morning for the Bakers as they headed out for work. However, they soon realized that they had forgotten to secure Maverick in his usual space.
Normally, they made sure he stayed in a confined area, but today, the door had been left open.
