Cindy Richardson, a devoted dog owner from California, has always held a deep affection for Weimaraners. In five decades, she has raised only four litters and never considered herself a breeder in the typical sense. Her focus was always on responsible care and finding the right homes.

A Short-Lived Start To A New Life
Shadow had bounced with excitement when leaving with his new adopters. The couple, parents of five-year-old twins, seemed warm and committed.
Because Shadow had grown up alongside Richardson’s own five-year-old granddaughter, she felt confident he would adapt quickly to their home.
