Myron, the pup, was found in the most heartbreaking condition. He was found lying on a muddy road, unable to stand up on his paws.
Why is this happening to me? Why doesn’t anybody love me? Am I not a good boy?
Many questions were asked in his tiny head. Unfortunately, nobody was around to answer them. That was until one day, when an incredible rescuer heard his cries and ran over to help.

When the rescuer heard Myron’s painful cries, she knew she didn’t have much time. So, she rushed to the pet store, got some medicine, and gave it to the pup before taking him to the vet.
At first, the doctors didn’t really know what was wrong with him so they decided to do an abdominal X-ray on him. As they were waiting for the results, every single hooman that met Myron was left completely heartbroken.
How could such a beautiful pup be left all alone?

Unfortunately, when they got the results back, the vets were even sadder.
The poor pup had a bullet lodged inside of his fragile body. On top of that, he had fractured ribs on both sides as well as a broken pelvis.
Before they could operate, the vets knew that Myron had to regain some of his strength. They gave him some yummy food but he didn’t really seem interested. Luckily, after some injections, he got his appetite back and was able to have a couple of bites.

After a couple of days, his condition seemed to be improving. That was until his kidney ruptured and began failing.
The vets rushed him to the emergency room where they performed a successful surgery, marking the start of a happy life.
The Pain Is Finally Over
A couple of weeks after his surgery, Myron began showing signs of improvement.
Arriving at a happy foster home really did make a big difference, as he was no longer scared and alone. Finally, this sweet boy was able to relax and focus on himself.
The road to recovery wasn’t an easy one, but for this adorable pup, it was the best thing that had ever happened to him.

Being in such a healthy environment and surrounded by incredible and loving hoomans, Myron made a full recovery!
He was now a happy pup who spent his days running around the house, bringing a smile to everybody’s face.
Myron no longer had to worry about cruel people who wanted to harm him, as the hoomans he had in his life absolutely adored him!
