Adopting a furry friend seems like a pretty forward thing, right?
I mean you go to the shelter, fall in love with an adorable animal, fill out some paperwork, and you are ready to go.
But, what would you do, for example, if you decided to adopt a particular pup who has a twin? Which one do you pick?
Well, a man from Florida came up with the smartest way to resolve such an adorable dilemma.

Losing a furry friend is not easy, and Victoria Smith knows everything about it. After losing her elderly black Labrador, Bear, Smith was absolutely heartbroken.
She felt as if a part of her was missing… a part nothing could ever replace. Her boyfriend, Marcelo, knew he had to do something to ease the pain of his loving partner. So, after finding out that one of his friends got a litter of puppies, he saw it as some kind of a sign.
Marcelo talked it out with his partner and they came to the conclusion that they were ready for a new friend.
After choosing the pup’s name, Marcelo got in his car and was on his way to pick her up.

The Best Decision Ever
Wanting to capture the moment when the sweet girl came to her new home, Smith took out her phone and started recording.
“I was planning to film him bringing her home just for memories until he told me that he had a surprise and to keep filming,” she said in an interview.
But, little did she know that that surprise would not only bring her immense joy but also some internet fame.

The video shows Marcelo coming home with an adorable pup. He gently placed her at Smith’s feet after running back to his car and revealing that he had another one!
The video then showcases the two adorable siblings having the most adorable playdates ever!
“Apparently her brother was the only puppy left who hadn’t found a home—he’s a lot smaller—and Marcelo didn’t want to leave him behind so he brought both home! I was completely shocked, but ecstatic because I love dogs,” she added.
Ever since, the two Border Collies have been inseparable.
They spend every single day by each other’s side, bringing a huge smile to everyone’s faces. There really isn’t a single dull moment with these two!
“They have such different personalities and we are already completely in love with both. They’re the best. It’s so funny to see the two play, and it’s constant!” she added.
