Lindsey, who works in influencer marketing, recorded their new puppy on her very first day at home and shared the video of Penny meeting her new dad on TikTok under her handle, @linzpatt.

Inspired by a popular TikTok trend where users leave their children, friends, or pets in front of a phone and ask viewers to “watch” them, Lindsey decided to try it with Penny.

Believing another dog is staring back, she starts barking and growling, her tiny frame filled with confidence as she confronts her “rival.”
Moments later, Lindsey returns and ends the clip with a simple, “Thanks, that’s all.”

As Lindsey’s TikTok following grew, so did Penny’s popularity. The little Havanese quickly became recognizable not only around Charlotte but across the internet.
