Owners Notice Something Unusual In Their Dog’s Mouth, Then Discover It’s Something Shocking

Dogs are sometimes very difficult to control because many of them simply enjoy mischief. Although it can often be fun, sometimes it can be very dangerous as well.

A Labrador Retriever named Boogie arrived from Arkansas to a Florida family, and from the very beginning, showed that he was energetic and playful.

Most of all, he loved jumping into the pool, and since he is a Retriever, it was natural for him to always have something in his mouth. Although, at first, it seems that there is nothing wrong with it, sometimes something can be found in his mouth that should not be there at all.

And, then problems arise.

His Parents Were Clueless

Patrik and Jordan noticed from day one that their dog, Boogie, was a bit mischievous. However, apart from some extreme zoomies and the occasional sudden jump into the pool, they had no major problems with him.

That was until one day, when his mom, Jordan, noticed that Boogie had something unusual in his mouth. Yet, when she saw that the thing was wriggling, real panic set in.

Her husband, Patrik, quickly arrived and managed to stay calm and realized that there was a lizard between Boogie’s teeth

Then, they both started walking after Boogie in an effort to somehow get him to spit out the reptile because, according to Hemopet, they can be toxic to dogs.

Unfortunately, they were unsuccessful, although they kept telling him to do it, and miraculously, he didn’t want to listen to them.

After that, Jordan had an even more “brilliant” idea. She told her husband to throw Boogie in the pool, and he obeyed her without thinking.

Of course, apart from the dog getting wet, nothing else happened.

By the end of the video posted via Instagram profile, @boogiewoofderland, the lizard remained in the dog’s mouth.

There Were Many Reactions

Not only did the neighbors from Florida hear Jordan’s screams when she saw a lizard in her dog’s mouth, but many other people did as well because this video attracted a lot of attention.

There were many reactions, and we decided to highlight some of the comments.

“A true retriever” one user wrote.

“😂😂😂Go Boggie go!” another added.

And the third quipped: “Poor lizard 🙁”

Many people also criticized his parents because they didn’t know how to properly react in this situation, especially because they decided to throw him in the pool.

Luckily, this specific situation had its happy ending, at least as far as Boogie was concerned… not so much the lizard.

“lizard was toast but he didn’t swallow him!!” @boogiewoofderland wrote in the comment.
